Canada Feile 2016 - Open to all dancers

McConnell Irish Dancers’ Canada Feile 2016
We are very excited to announce McConnell Irish Dancers will be hosting the FIRST CRN Canada Feile (Irish Dance Competition) on Saturday, May 28th at Canad Inns Club Regent Casino Hotel with adjudicator Ms. Ann English ADCRN from Dublin, Ireland.

The competitions are open to all McConnell School of Dance Students from our General Division, Performance Division, Brandon Division, and Competitive Division.
• Competitions for all levels (Beginner – Advanced)
• All ages, including Adults
• Solo, Team, and Family competitions

We STRONGLY recommend all students consider competing in our CRN Canada Feile as it is a wonderful opportunity for dancers to experience competitive Irish dance, in a healthy and supportive environment, without the commitment and expense of long distance travel.

In order to assist General & Brandon Division Dancers who are interested in participating, we are going to offer additional practice time with NO ADDITIONAL LESSON COST!

COMPETITIVE PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Mondays
• 7:30  - 8:00 Beginner Novice Prelim
• 8:30 – 9:00 Intermediate, Advanced, Adult
Wednesday
• 7:00 – 7:30 Beginner Novice Prelim
• 8:00 – 8:30  Intermediate & Advanced
Saturday
• 11:00 – 11:30 PM Beginner Novice Prelim
Brandon
• 12:30 – 1:30 PM

Please confirm with your instructor at the next class, if you plan to compete at our Canada Feile.
Competitive Saturday classes are still an option for those who wish additional preparation time.  Contact us for more information!

COMPETITION SYLLABUS AND REGISTRATION
Please find attached the Canada Feile syllabus and travel information.
Your instructors will work with dancers to determine which level and dances are best suited for them and registration is done through the school.

Workshop with Ms. Ann English A.D.R.C.N
We STRONGLY RECOMMEND this workshop to ALL of our students whether they be General, Competitive, or Performance Division (all ages, all levels)
Ann English ADCRN is from Dublin, Ireland and is a CRN accredited Instructor, Adjudicator, and Teacher Trainer.  Ann is currently serving her second term as President of Cumann Rince Náisiúnta (CRN)
